We provide visiting workshops across the UK on key aspects of support to people with intellectual disabilities and pervasive developmental disorders. In particular, we provide training on the following topics:- Understanding and assessing challenging behaviour. Positive support to people whose behaviour gives cause for concern. Understanding and supporting individuals with Autism. Understanding and supporting individuals with Asperger Syndrome. Understanding and managing Self Injurious behaviour. Understanding and supporting individuals with personality disorders. All workshops are individually tailored, both in terms of duration and content, to meet the requirements of individual organisations and groups We regularly provide training to schools (INSET days being the most popular). We have put together and delivered training packages to staff working within Social Services settings. We are frequently asked to provide training for specialist services within the private sector. Our training services are of high quality and we consistently receive excellent feedback for the delivery of the training.
